Flush Face Garden Wall – Tallai, Gold Coast Qld

Australian Retaining walls were called to this Tallai, Gold Coast Qld property to assist and advise ideas to replace the old, failing timber wall. All parties agreed that the Flush Face Garden Wall was a great looking, long-lasting replacement for the dated timber.

With limited access down either side of the house and the location of the new wall at the bottom of the garden down a couple of levels all works would have to be completed by hand and not an excavator. The ground proved to be fairly soft and easy digging and the old wall was removed without any problems. All the Flush Face Garden Wall blocks were brought down by wheelbarrow and a footing was hand dug out of the lawn ready for construction.

The base blocks are set in wet concrete and the other blocks are stacked up on top with the necessary cuts made and glued down where required to complete another successful project from Australian Retaining walls.
