Flush face Garden Wall blocks & Colorbond fence – Labrador, Gold Coast Qld

Australian Retaining walls were called to this residential Labrador, Gold Coast Queensland property to replace and upgrade the rapidly failing timber wall and fence. Several options were discussed before a Flush face Garden Wall block link retaining wall & Colorbond fence were chosen as the perfect materials for this project.

Taking care not to damage the printed concrete pathway, demolition of the old wall and fence would be the first job of the day. All the old materials were relocated to the front and placed in our awaiting skip bin. Our clients were also having problems with sand from the neighbour’s garden washing under the fence onto their pathway during heavy rainstorms so we had to make sure our wall would be high enough to prevent this from happening in the future.

Our drainage system behind the new Flush face Garden Wall block retainer will also combat this problem. On completion of the wall, a 1500mm Colorbond fence is installed above with all posts concreted into the ground completing a marked improvement that our clients were delighted with.
