Client Challenge:
On a large, sloping block in Reedy Creek, Gold Coast QLD, a client sought to transform their new home's challenging terrain into a functional garden area. The steep incline presented a significant obstacle to creating the desired outdoor living space.
Our Solution:
After a thorough site evaluation, we recommended constructing a two-tier "B Grade Cut" Sandstone Boulder wall. This approach allowed us to maximise the land's potential by creating two distinct levels for gardening and leisure. By maintaining each wall at 1 metre in height, we navigated planning regulations efficiently, saving the client from additional expenses related to planning permissions and engineering consultations.

The project culminated in the successful installation of two robust and aesthetically pleasing "B Grade Cut" Sandstone Boulder walls, effectively transforming the sloped block into three practical, flat tiers. The topography of the site now accommodates a versatile garden area, ready to be adorned with turf and plants, enhancing the property's usability and aesthetic appeal.
