Flush Face – Garden Wall Concrete Blocks Upper Coomera

This land owner was looking to build their new home and got quite a surprise after the cut for their house pad was completed. They found that they would be requiring a lot more retaining walls that they had not originally planned for. After the builder had cut the block for the house pad Australian Retaining Walls were called in for an appraisal and advice on what would be the most suitable wall for the site. A “Flush Face Garden Wall” concrete block was agreed upon by all and planning of the construction process could begin.

This complex project in Coomera Waters, Gold Coast, Qld included merging retaining walls on multiple levels and tiered garden walls at the rear of the property. Australian Retaining Walls also had to create a wall to retain the driveway and keep everything within council building regulations. All the retaining walls on this new build were limited to 1 metre in height to prevent our client from incurring the extra expenses associated with a building application.

The home owner was very satisfied with their completed walls. They will get decades of maintenance free walls with this system. These link block systems do not rust, rot or get attacked by termites.
